Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake Hotel is located on the Tokyo Bay in Koto City, less than a 20-minute drive from either Haneda Airport or the heart of Tokyo itself. It offers modern accommodation with two restaurants, shops, various indoor hot springs baths, sauna, massage services, fitness center, laundry facilities, and free WiFi access available in all areas. It is a 5-minute stroll to Ariake Station and a 6-minute stroll from Ariake-tennis-no-mori Station.

Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake Hotel has a Universal Twin accessible room. Most areas are accessible with enough room to turn around in a wheelchair, however only one side of one of the beds has enough room to park a wheelchair next to it if you need it to transfer.
The toilet is accessible from the front and has grab bars, backrest, bidet, and more. The sink is wide and wheelchair accessible. The bathtub has multiple grab bars and a space next to it to facilitate transferring that can be used to shower in with an available shower chair. The floor has sufficient drainage to allow guests to shower next to the bath tub.
An accessible unisex toilet is available on the second floor equipped with multiple useful fixtures including grab bars, bidet, and accessible sink.
