Services Provided
We tailor our tours to our guests and this includes providing dedicated services to visitors who require a wheelchair, have restricted mobility or any other accessibility requirements. Many of our groups are families, and we ensure that everyone from the very young to the elderly can travel with us in safety and comfort. We mainly provide airport transfers, shinkansen station transfers with meet-and-greet or sending at the train platform, Tokyo Disney Resort transfers and private day tours.
We encourage our guests to inform us about their specific needs so we can make the necessary arrangements, but some of the services we offer include:
- Wheelchair accessible vehicles with ramps
- Portable steps to assist entry and exit for ambulatory wheelchair users
- Bespoke accessible itineraries with options for accessible restaurants, hotels, hot-springs and sightseeing
- Certified nursing assistants who can help care for family members who may need additional assistance (e.g using the bathroom, showering, mobility support etc)
- Adaptable itineraries which can be modified at short notice
- International Sign Language interpreters and guides
- Text-based messaging for those affected by deafness or hearing impairment
- Flexible and capable driver-guides who can assist with your individual requirements, and drop you off and pick you up wherever is most convenient for you
- Electric wheelchair rental services as required for different areas, activities or terrain
- Arrangement for peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis dialysis during travel in Japan
- List of emergency care services in the areas that you would be visiting during your trip
- A concierge service available throughout your trip
