Hotel East 21 Tokyo is located in the Koto Ward (eastern side) of Tokyo, with a 28-minute train ride from Tokyo Skytree (visible from select room). It offers modern accommodation with various restaurants, swimming pool (indoor & seasonal outdoor), massage services, fitness center, and rooms with free wired and WiFi internet access. It is a 7-minute walk to Tokyo Metro Tozai Line Toyocho Station and from the Toyocho Station it’s 10-minute by train to Tokyo Station.
Guestrooms offer both air-conditioning and heating facilities. Each room is equipped with a fridge, and a flat-screen TV.
Trouser press, buckwheat pillow, iron, blanket, nail clipper, thermometer, sewing set (Reservation required), Blu-ray, DVD player, bed guard, and cot (only available in some rooms) are available upon request.
The hotel’s Restaurants serves a variety of Japanese, French, Chinese and Western buffet dishes in a spacious, relaxed setting. One is open for breakfast and most others for lunch and dinner hours.

Hotel East 21 Tokyo has Universal room with two twin beds, a wide entry door, and a large sliding door opening to an accessible bathroom.
The toilet has grab bars on each side, a vertical grab bar on wall side, and a wheelchair accessible sink. The bathtub has space next to it to facilitate transferring.

I love my stay here. We actually did notinitially reserved a wheelchair accessible room but seeing how difficult it is for me, they transferred me to the handicapped room. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. God Bless everyone!
