- Overview
The Tokyo Hilton is a large American style hotel with all the amenities that come with that and yet offers both Japanese style rooms as well as North American style rooms. Hilton Tokyo is located in Shinjuku, the heart of Tokyo’s business, shopping and entertainment district. It is an ideal place to experience modern Japan. Explore Tokyo attractions including Harajuku, Ginza, Akihabara and the famous Tokyo Skytree.
There is an on-site health club that offers a sauna, whirlpool spa, rooftop tennis court, and an indoor pool.
The hotel offers 5 restaurants to choose from and offers a huge breakfast buffet. There is something for everyone.
There is a shuttle bus from the Shinjuku station but is not accessible. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to hotel from that station.
Accessibility
The hotel offers 800+ rooms, of which one deluxe twin room is designated as accessible with a 87 cm wide door and ample room to move around in the room. The accessible room has twin beds. The bathroom is spacious and has appropriate handle bars but the toilet does not have a backrest – so be careful if that is a requirement for you. There is a shower chair available for no charge and there is a bench like seat at the end of the tub for transferring into the bathtub but the shower head may not reach that far.
The hotel has a flat entrance and accessible toilets are available on the 1F, 2F, 3F, and 4F. For further details, please click the “More Info” tab and “Photo” tabs above.
