Reviews on Hotels

  • I stayed here in 2008. While I didn’t stay in one of their accessible rooms (wasn’t a problem because my caregiver was able to pack me around), I was able to easily get around the room, all common areas, stores, restaurants, bowling ally, aquarium, aqua stadium, and more with my manual wheelchair. Checking in was easy, the staff was super nice and helpful. I chose this hotel because of its close proximity to Shinagawa station (literally across the street, and no we didn’t hear/feel the trains), which made getting around the Tokyo area and back super convenient and easy! As a bonus, the restaurants located in the hotel were varied and amazing, and made it easy to find something we liked “back at home base” if we didn’t find anything on the way back from where we were exploring during the day. If I vacation in the Tokyo area again, I will definitely check out an accessible room here. Highly recommended!
